The Kay Conference Room is an affordable option for all these types of events or meetings.

The Kay Conference Room on the fourth floor of the Brandywine Center is supported by the Brandywine Health Foundation to provide professional meeting space for non-profit and community members in Chester County. The room is available for rent with a capacity of 125 with seating for 80, and a professional catering kitchen, as well as state-of-the-art audio visual equipment (available for an additional rental fee.) The room opens out onto a beautiful terrace overlooking the hills above Coatesville.
